Saratoga Springs

Saratoga is home to the regal Hall of Springs. This glamorous, historic and renowned venue sits in right in the Saratoga Spa State Park, next door to SPAC. The Hall of Springs’ ballroom boasts 38 foot ceilings, three crystal chandeliers and a quaint outdoor patio that offers full views of the grounds. The ballroom can host 500 guests for a cocktail reception and seat 450 guests comfortably for a sit-down dinner. Also, wedding ceremonies can be performed on the grounds if the weather permits. What could be better than walking only a few feet to your reception after you tie the knot?

Nearby in Albany

The Empire State Plaza Convention Center, located in the heart of downtown Albany, serves as a great venue for very large weddings. When the room is set up theatre style, it can hold up to 2,500 guests and with classroom style seating, it can hold up to 950. Tables can be placed in a variety of ways on each tier of the convention center, all looking down on the large dance floor in the center of the room.

Want to enjoy a great view of Albany from the Hudson River at your reception? Captain JP Cruises is a wonderful option for a large reception in the Capital Region area. Further North in Lake George

What better way to truly immerse your guests in the beauty of Lake George than by celebrating your nuptials cruising around the Lake itself? The Lac du Saint Sacrament serves as a great option for a truly standout cocktail reception. The steamboat can hold up to 1,000 people for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres! There are two fully-enclosed climate controlled decks, two open air decks (Think of the wonderful sunset photo ops!) and a handicap elevator so everyone can reach each level of the boat.
